Alternatives to Net Send that more closely resemble Netware

Can anyone refer me to a pop up message utility for NT Workstation that closely resembles the Netware Intranetware Send Message utility. We have just changed NT Workstation clients from Netware to NT and NET SEND is just not cutting it. I've tried Net Hail but since our workstation names are generic, the users only know the username they want to send a message to, not the workstation name.
