Alternative to SQL Advantage? Ad-Hoc SQL...

I am new to the Sybase ASE world. I come from an Oracle/Microsoft SQL Server background. I have been digging into a Sybase Database with SQL Advantage and Sybase Central. These tools came with the client that I installed. I find SQL Advantage to be extremely out-of-date and not very user friendly. Can anyone recommend a better tool for performing ad-hoc SQL against a Sybase ASE database?
