MY
As u know WinXP Home Ed. doesnt support PWS.

So, what should I do? is there any other program other than PWS?

I can't seem to find IIS on the CD, not for the Home Edition. Any other ways?

I tried Apache, but it cant seem to view my .asp files.

Well I suggest getting windows 2000 pro or if you must use XP go with professional, because I know it has IIS on it. You maybe able to download IIS from microsoft as well. Or even PWS. I don't know if PWS runs on NT though.

So if thats the only way, well let it be.

Thanks guys

This is a myth, see DevDex.com for the solution posted by Richard Sanoz. Search for 'Get IIS working in XP Home'.

Sorry, carried away search for Richard Sandoz... the engine is a bit limited.

The myth is disolved (probably a bad metaphor).

I now have IIS running very nicely on my XP Home machine.

Towards the end of that thread, I posted a few links concerning getting IIS up and running on XPHome. It's basically a registry hack, but apparently, it does work.

Enjoy.
