Alternative to MOM for SMB

I was looking at all of the features of MOM 2005 on the MS website and really starting to like what I saw. Then I saw how much it is for each client and was very disappointed. I would be dropping at least $10k if I were to go with MOM 2005.

Does anyone know of an alternative to MOM 2005 that would have a lot of the same features and integrate easily into the Microsoft environment but not break the bank for a small business?

I have 12 servers and 22 workstations/laptops now and that will change to like 20 servers and 40 workstations/laptops over the next 12 months.

You might want to take a look at SysTrack from Lakeside Software before you purchase MOM 2005. SysTrack easily integrates with Microsoft environments, and offers a similar feature set. Real-time monitoring of system conditions and services, graphical analysis, and a troubleshooting facility to name a few. I think they have a performance package that is reasonably priced.
