Alternative products for comparison

We wish to migrate applications developed on Lotus Domino to something else that integrates with all microsoft office applications and provides the ability to rapidly create and deploy workflow apps and (not so rapidly) system interfaces.

Is this the system for this? What are the competitors and is there a market share analysis anywhere?
