Hi all,
I am running CR9 and am trying to come up with a way to alternate colors within the detail section, but it is not quite as simple as alternating for each line. In some cases I actually want the color to repeat so the REMAINDER function I had used previously does not work.
The scenario is that I have a list of all of the operating room schedules for a day for each hospital. Within the deatil of this report are all of the surgeries. BUT, in some cases there are multiple surgeries for one patient that I would like to keep the same color so that they appear all as one at a quick glance. I figured that removing some of the repeated information such as patient name, etc. would do the trick for the people using the report, but they seem to want something like this instead.
Example:
Patient 1 Laporotomy (colored white)
Patient 2 Laporoscopy (colored grey)
Patient 3 Hysterectomy (colored white)
Patient 3 Exam under anaesthesia (colored white AS WELL)
Patient 4 Hydrotubation (colored grey)
TIA for any help.
