Alternate SPS reinstall problem

After reinstall of my alternate SPS i am not able to join it with the main SP i get the following error.

What is the TLAN IP address of the Primary Security Service server?
10.150.51.50

You entered 10.150.51.50 as the IP address. Is this correct (yes/no)?
yes

Could not add host: Duplicate Host
Failed to add host!
Updation of primary host entry fails, re-install the software with valid Primary FQDN


Both server have ECM/SPS corresident over linux
