Alternate Routing Question

There are 2x Adtran boxes (for redundancy) that take in SIP and feed PRIs to the Cisco. When IP connectivity to the Adtran is down the PRIs stay up so the call manager will still try to send calls through that path but they don't complete. Is there a way to tell the CM to try a different set of trunks if it can't complete the call via the trunk it tried originally?


 
how are the pri``s configured? if it is H323 then you ca n set up rerouting failure, busy through the Service Parms look for h323 busy flag. Do a debug q931 and simulate the SIP being down and check what the error code is - busy , failure, channel unavailable etc
