Using Exchange 5.5, configured a user to have an alternate recipient i.e. addressed to an individual but alternates to a shared mailbox.
My question is, can you put any exceptions to this rule ?
For example, a manager wants to have his secretary open all his emails, the secretary will then leave the emails that need action by the manager, he will then access the shared mail box and respond accordingly.
Can he put exceptions to this rule i.e. he may want to receive messages from his boss without it going to the shared mailbox ???
