thread633-1704566 We are stuggling with the Alternate method feature. Our situation may be unique to what Epicor had in mind. We are not doing work in other shops or plants, but we do have a situation where we have one method with a large bill of material that has spawned an alternative with fewer parts on it. The problem seems to be that when we add parts to the original BOM, the system wants to add them to the alternate whether we want that or not. In some cases we do, and in others we don't.

Anyone out there have any experience with this use of the application?
