Alternate image for those without flash installed?

Hi,

I have a small flash animation on a site. I tried adding a layer to it which contains the same image as in the animation, but it's a jpg. It doesn't look right though. Is it possible to put a jpg behind a flash animation for anyone who views it who doesn't have Flash installed? It's a business site so I don't want to just tell people to install Flash!
