Alternate Hierarchy Question

I am trying to create alternate hierarchies in a dimension. However, the problem is that one of the alternate hierarchies has lowest level members that are parent levels in another hierarchy, see example below:

Location.Gate

AllLocations
ATL-S
ATL-GateA1
ATL-GateA2
BOS-S
BOS-GateS2
BOS-GateS3


Location.Station

AllStations
ATL-S
BOS-S

This is a parent-child dimension so I can't even keep the Gate level in the Station hierarchy and make that level invisible to users. Is there any other way to accomplish this? Thanks for your help!
