In one of our offices, when you choose alternate greeting and set an end date, the alternate greeting doesn't turn off as scheduled, although it usually turns off within 24 hours of its scheduled time. Sometimes, it you set the end time at 8:00am when the time is currently, say 7:55am, the system will say that the scheduled time has already passed.
I cannot find anywhere on the system that the time is wrong. I am sure there must be some place I am not looking. ANY advice would be greatly appreciated, because this issue was discovered 3 days ago and I haven't foundn any pertinent information to remedy the issue. Thank you!
