Hello guys,

I am trying to setup a new phone for our office.
I have 1140 set with several extensions. key 0 1234 key 1 4567 key 2 8901

Therefore, when when I can call someone internally, I do not want show each of my extension instead of I want to show my only one extension which 1234.
I created a net_data in ld 15 :
It does work, for external call but it does not work when it is an internal call.

Any tips

Thank's

Okay can you print your phone build? Pretty sure you are missing a CLS like DNDA, CNDA - I am 95% sure net_data was only for external CLID. Your reference link is the ability to send Internal employee name out on the external CLID. (basically if you had DID of 123-444-5555 you can send the name of the 1234 extension) - I think is how that reads.
The feature introduces the ability to send either the internal CPND private name or a Public group name for external E.164 calls

I did change the DNDA and CNDA but the same result

If this is absolutely critical, then here is what to do:

Let's say your name is Joe Smith and your main extension is 1234.

[ul]
[li]In CPND, enter the name on all of your extensions as "1234 - JOE SMITH"[/li]
[li]Now set CLS CLBA (in other words, the opposite of CLBD)[/li]
[li]Call someone. Your DN appears a XXXX (really, all Xs) and your name display to the other party is "1234 - JOE SMITH"[/li]
[/ul]

Done

Ooops, mis-post. I meant to say CLS DDGD - that is the one that will hide your DN. "DDGD = DN display on other set Denied"

So you want DDGD, CLBD, CNDA, DNDD, NAMA

[ul]
[li]In CPND, enter the name on all of your extensions as "1234 - JOE SMITH"[/li]
[li]Now set CLS DDGD[/li]
[li]Call someone. Your DN appears a XXXX (really, all Xs) and your name display to the other party is "1234 - JOE SMITH"[/li]
[/ul]

Hello @GHTROUT

Thank you for the tips.

Now, it show's ---- 1234 MY, NAME instead of what I wanted: 1234, MY, NAME. Therefore, it is possible to remove ---- before the CPND.

Thank you

I'd just keep experimenting with the format - you will get it.

The ---- is the space where the DN was and it will always be there
