I have a slight problem with the above. When we set up our Resource Reservations database, a couple of the rooms included a "/" (i.e. Boardroom/Head Office, etc.). However, it has come to light that when the meeting document is displayed in the calendar the name of the room is truncated to before the "/" and this is causing confusion (we've had members of the exec rolling up at the wrong office for meetings and stuff). I'm certain this is a straightforward change but we have no domino design skils in house and I can't seem to find the script in the mail template that truncates this field. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Running Domino 6.0.3 primarily with Notes client 5.0.12.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Tony.

It should just be a question of view display, which you can indeed rather easily change in the design of the Calendar view.
For that, you will need to have the Designer client installed, and access to the mail template (you'll need to check with your friendly Notes Administrator for that).
Once you have fulfilled both requirements, you can then open the mail template in the Designer. Open the View category and check for the view named ($Calendar).
Open that design note and find the two columns entitled "Subject/Location/Chair". At that point, I'd try increasing the width of the columns first, by four or five points (in the View Properties box, first tab on the left).
If that does not work, you'll need to change the formulas, which is a more delicate enterprise.

Pascal.
