Hi, In outlook express, for some reason any HTML content emails that a user gets now is not shown correctly, user has to goto tools and the press view images, or do the alt+shift+h. I have tried to do a reset of IE options, and looked into outlook express options, there is one tick box where its says dont download images, that is unticked, yet still it does not show the html content.

Any help most appreciated.

Many Thanks

In Outlook 2003, you manually have to add the sender to the "secure list" (don't know the specific wording in english, since mine is danish) to see their pictures everytime. If that isn't done, one would have to download the images manually each time.

I thought that might be the case, but in outlook express 6 there is no "secure list", that i can find..

I was thinking could it have been a microsoft update that has made a change somewhere.. ??

Many Thanks

Have a look at Tools, Options, Read tab. Make sure that 'read all messages in plain text' is not selected.

Thanks very much, been looking for that for the last few weeks now.

just tested it and it works fine now.

Thanks again.

Many Thanks
