Set up and English and Spanish AA platform. I assigned the Alt to Platform 2 but when it plays the prompt that says "One Moment Please" when the call is transferred it says it is Mandarin. How do I change that to Spanish?
Also I had set up an INFO mailbox that I use within the AAA for address, fax, etc. information and now I can not change the password or delete the MB any suggestions?
