Already Assigned to Another Terminal

I have two terminals both have their own setups in Aloha Manager. However when I assign term2 with a user for the drawer I get a prompt that tells me that that user is already assigned to another terminal. It doesn't matter which person I assign. Any suggestions?

There is a setting in Aloha to be able to assign more than 1 drawer
look under job codes for the Cash drawers, there should be an other check box for Multiple Drawers. With that checked you will be able to assign the same person to more than 1 drawer

That's the public drawer you are talking about. I'm talking about two separate users. When assigning a separate user to term2, when not assigned to term1, I get the message that the user is already assigned to another terminal. Even though they are not.
