I have a Meridian-PLUS Modular ICS. I just had a DTI Card installed for our new PRI. However, the calls over the PRI seem to drop a few times a day and afterward the systems displays an alarm code of 44-0. I am running firmware 4.0.

If anyone can tell me what that alarm means it would be greatly appreciated.

Alarm 44 indicates there is a problem with the T1 signal. Look to see if the cable connecting the DTI to the network termination point or external CSU has been disconnected or possibly loose. Otherwise it looks like you might have a issue with the T1 signal from the network.
