Alphabetized table names

Can I have my tables NOT listed in alphabetical order?

I know its a strange question, but a co-worker renames his tables and looses the newly created table.

I know, I know, he could avoid the problem by changing the LAST part of the table name to keep that from happening, but you know how entrenched-in-our-own-methods we nerds can be.
