I'm new to POS systems. I recently changed a price on my sub menu, and when I reset the system it wouldn't let me split items or open the cash drawer without access level. I typed in my manager code and it wont work.

Open Aloha Manager and go to labor and find your username under this category. Make sure you have appropriate access levels and reset your password from here if you need to and refresh your system. Let me know if this helps

bring up Aloha Manager. If you don't have access to it another manager or GM or AGM should have access. You can do this on the terminal. Have somebody with credentials login under their login go to employee functions and find your name. clear your password. Have them log out and then you should be able to either swipe a mag card swipe once hit ok swipe again to confirm. If you don't use Mag cards then you can type a numeric password in. As far as back office somebody needs to check your access levels to make sure that you are set up with the correct levels of manager or higher. Hope this helps
