AlohaQS\yyyymmyy files kept for only 3 days

What variable do I change to keep more than three daily files. The weekly files are only kept for 1 week.
Should I be exporting the files daily? What would be the command to export the files through an event so the files are dated.

Go into the Aloha Manager -->Maintenance --> Store Settings --> System -->Disk Maintenance tab.....There should be an option

"Number of Days to keep on drive"....change the number to whatever you want
