AlohaQS Surcharges

I'm trying to figure out how to add a surcharge that will add 18% to a check when a group is a certain size. The manual I have says (For QS 5.3) to go under Maintenance>Menu>Surcharges, but when I click on Maintenance, then go to Menu, there's no Surcharges option. Does anyone know how to get around this?

You probably aren't authorized to perform this via your access level. Ask a dealer about the Alt-X trick. I think that's what you need to do in order to get to the Surcharges function.

So new question: are there any dealers out there who want to tell me about the Alt-X trick?
