We're using AlohaQS because we were counter service, but we're switching to table service, so we're trying to configure it to work like table service. We have two terminals where the servers ring orders under their own numbers and self-banking is enabled so they can keep track of cash in their pocket instead of in the drawers. The only problem we're having is that servers can take payment for other servers' checks, which results in one server being $40 short and one being $40 over. Is there any way to configure it so that employee #X can take payment and close out only his or her checks, and not those opened by others? Is there also a way that when employee #X enters their number they can only view checks opened by themselves (with managers still being able to view all open checks)? Thanks.
