We're running Aloha QS 14.1.14 with two terminals. Currently, whenever a payment is applied on terminal 1, the Aloha freezes (completely unresponsive) and I keep getting "Ack not yet received; Resending" over and over again.

I've already have this at two sites and have tickets open with NCR and they just forwarded it to our local office. I'm curious if anyone ever ran into this sort of issue and knows of a solution.
