I have a store that the date of business is wrong on terminals and server. DOB shows 8/4/14, the correct date should be 8/7/14. Is there a way to change the date without it doing and end of day and keeping the trans.log intact with sales etc. for the correct date?

Check if you have dated folders for the 8-4 8-5 and 8-6
If so then it should not be an issue to go into settings and change the DOB to today.
The fact it has not processed EOD if the system date is today should mean you do have dated folders.
