Aloha won't open register when i close the check

I finally got the Aloha to work with help from you guys but now the register won't open when I close the check and I can't take multiple orders anymore. I used to be able to do that.
So the register will open after the customer has paid and I have to press open register every time I close the sale.

Make sure "Open drawer on check closing" is check-marked for the tenders you are wanting the drawer to open. I wasn't privy to the beginning conversations. If you can be more specific let me know.
