Aloha with Instant Pay Cards

Need help! We are going to pay cards for tips for the credit cards and support staff. How do we set this up in Aloha and does anyone have an excel spreadsheet as we are going to start manually before we integrate. We use Teams function everyday so we have not set up tip pooling. Any help would be greatly appreciated. We are gong to Instant Pay Tips. Ki
