There is a an .exe to fix time change issues with those versions. It has to be opened and it runs automatically at the EOD. If you can't do that, I have seen a customer fix themselves by putting the server and all terminals into the Indiana east time zone and then putting it back later. That time zone does not observe daylight savings.

You can also update the DST calendar in each PC/terminal using a simple tool from Intelliadmin. This will also get you around the issue so you do not need the Radiant/Aloha DST update nor have to change your timezone.
