Aloha V5.3.X Hold Button

I have two locations that have a very interesting issue. Most of the users see the hold button on their screen but for some reason a select few do not. Is there a setting in the Job Code or the Access Rights that would prevent this button from appearing for a group of users?
 
I don't know if this helps but look in
Maint>Job Code, Table Service tab, then Order mode.
Maybe some terminals are set up on a differnt Revenue center with different parameters.
 
Are you using gift cards? Many times a new function bar needs to be created for some gift card buttons and that gets assigned by jobcode. If the hold button is left off that screen that may be why it is missing on occasion
