Aloha v. 5.3.x Zero Suppress Checkouts

We are running a custom footer on our server checkouts setup in a checkout.cfg file. The problem we are having is that we cannot turn off the printing of $0.00 value lines, both in the standard and custom checkout config data on the checkouts.

Anyone have any suggestions? We have all the settings set correctly in the System/Printing screens to normally turn it off if we weren't using a custom.cfg setting.
