Aloha User Guide

Hey Aloha experts,

Does anyone have a user guide on how to configure an aloha system? Most menu item and category section?

I am ringing in a non-sale item but it is still affecting labor. My sales are high due to non-sales and the system is assuming i need more labor for the next week. I need to figure out how to program a retail or non sale item without it affecting my labor.
