Aloha TSv5.3 debugging file question

can someone please tell me what the following means (everything is from the debugging file)

in alohasec/loadsecuritydata,AFTERreading data files

CBOHSecuritySetup()- nonSQLMode- successful return
CTL4X.DLL exiting
CTL4X.DLL in Initlnstance


COMMAND LINE: D:\Aloha\bin\rpt.exe/R7/IBER D:ALOHA/USERNAME 9393/PASSWORDXXXXXXX

The username was 9393, & empld evaluated to 9393
failed to open D:\aloha\sql\sql.ini


ALOHASEC.EXE initializing......
loadiberstrings()-loaded version 5.3.26.0, IBERSTR.DLL

To sum it up, yes, that's basically all that above snippet shows. Everything is is just normal technical operations.
