aloha trans log file error 1

hi,
we have aloha 6.4 , the boh got froze and then i restart it but all foh not communicate only one terminal work and by the end of the shift all wait staff checked out and clocked out and i run my report ready to leave but i decide to restart the system but that terminal the one worked give me message check date system call service provider all time is good but after it connect some tables show still open while all employees done and left what is the problem this system drive us crazy please help.
