Thank you so much for responding. It appears that Windows 10 has a LanWin10. I needed to make sure that the Lan were set to 0. The Files were copied from my working Windows 7 All in One and transferred to a new Windows 10. Problem was I kept getting lan error and it kept rebooting without starting Aloha up. As for my reason to upgrading my POS is was because they are 10 years old. They are worn out and I needed to upgrade to 10 anyway. My problem was the error message and since they have fixed it before without a problem, I was expecting the same service. I guess $1,000.00 not spent wisely. I have waited two days and numerous promises of a return call, but none ever coming. Your response was fast and I thank you.
