Aloha Tips Button on Main Screen Requires Manager?

Where's the switch to turn off the manager needed on this? Searched all over the system not finding it anywhere.

I know you can turn this off and on for the auto gratuity. But don't know of a way to turn it on for the regular tips button. You may not have the jobcode setup correctly or somewhere in there is a place that tells the system the house collects all tips, usually used in a cashier emviroment. Check for that.
