Is there a way to set a timer for an order on alohats? we would like to set a time of approx 45 min per order then a lock would be placed on the order. The manager would then have to "unlock" the order for the waiter to proceed with any other transactions, including closing the order (ticket). Thanks in advance

There is not a lock as you describe however there is a tiemr available to lock down ordered items on the check so they cannot be deleted. [store settings][security]time allowed to void entries.
