aloha ticket printing with 2 service bars.

The place has 2 floors. Is it possible to have the floors send bar tickets to different service bar printers or is the only solution to put them in a group and have them print to both printers.

I hate to bother you guys with simple questions but I have had no luck finding any aloha setup documentation on the net.

I had the same situation. I created a 2nd printer group called Up Bar, put my up bar service printers in that group. I then did a reroute printer group by terminal for each of my upstairs terms. That now allows all my up beer to go upstairs and my down beer to stay downstairs. You will find this area under your store events setup.
