100's of ways as TobeThor said. Most recently I caught an employee who was not charging for drinks, went as far as to write "Drinks are on me" on the customer's receipts. Found out by running a Drinks to Sales performance measure report, when most of my servers were around 15% he was around 5%. Do that math!
