Aloha terminals freezing.

We have been having a problem at one of our stores the past couple of months with the terminals freezing occasionally. Seems to always be an error about Failed to open Z:. Restarting server fixes the problem for a while. I suspected a network issue so I replaced the network swicth and switched NIC on server. Still no luck. Any ideas? Here is a debout from master terminal today when the problem occurred.

Can you ping the terminals by the term name term1 term2 term3 when this happens if not try changing the ip address of the server and terminals. I had a similar situation like this and changing the IP scheme fixed it.????
