Hey guys,

In the last couple of weeks our terminals started acting a little strangely. Every once in a while, they freeze for a second or two, and then go back to working normally.
Any idea what may cause this? I know there can be a million different reasons, but maybe someone has experienced something similar and can tell me where to start looking.
Server? network?

Thank you!

Juan

sounds network related. i would check and see which terminal is the master terminal. Terms freezing usually means the master terminal has fallen off the network and the terminals lose connectivity to it. I would keep an eye out and see if it happens when a specific terminal is the master. if so, try switching a different term to be master and see if issue remains. From there you can start to pin point what part of the network is causing the loss of connectivity.
