Aloha terminal/wait down! need some help

The error message on the screen is "RAL version is having difficulties reaching the BOH server. The terminal might have to be rebooted" if anybody has an idea I`d highly appreciate it.

Re-boot the terminal that is having the problem. Unplug it then turn it back on. If it's a radiant terminal, there is a little red button under where all tha cables plug into the botom of the terminal. Hold it in until it turns off, then push it once to turn it back on. or you may have to
Re-set your router in the office - it's usually the box with all the plugs in the back of it with flashing lights. "Un-plug the power cord for 3-5 seconds then plug it back in.

Thank you coorsman,I have done all that before nothing helped. I was playing with it all night long last night and somehow I`ve managed to start it up, but after the reset at 4am it does the same thing, the same error comes up again. I know what to do to fix it every morning but of course that`s not my goal. Is it a virus or something needs to be reinstall. I tried to restore the XP to a previous point but for some reason there`s no such option. Anybody?

try taking RAL out of the startup folder on the terminal.
