I have 6 terminals on my aloha system. One of the terminals is stuck in a constant loop. I have tried unplugging and restarting to refresh but the terminal will keep shutting down and reloading. Every once in a while I would get a wuauclt application error. I set up an old till to get by and when i went back to it now i am getting a new application error that states: svchost.exe application error the instruction at 0x771b5ae3 the referenced memory at 0x006f0021 the data was not placed into memory because I/O error status of 0Xc000007f

Stop Iber on the terminal
Plug in a keyboard and do a Ctl + Alt + Delete - open task manager and end process on aloha.

1. Check the time and date on ther terminal.
2. Copy the aloha.ini file from the server or another terminal.
3. restart the terminal.

If the above didn't resolve the issue post a copy of the latest debout located in the \aloha\tmp folder for further diagnostics.

Cheers,
Coorsman
