Hello everyone! I have a very perplexing problem.
A client wants to install another Aloha Terminal. I cannot make it work because I get an error when I set NUMTERMS to 5 from the current 4.
They are running the most recent version of Aloha on terminals that have Windows 98, the BOH is running Windows 2000.
There is no Environment Variable NUMTERMS on any of the machines, and there is nothing listed in the AUTOEXEC. There is also not a RUNIBER batch file.
It would be a lot easier for me if I could upgrade the versions of Windows, but the client (and I) are a bit queasy about skipping ahead so many versions to XP and possibly breaking a lot of things. So I'm stuck with Windows 98 unless I have to upgrade.
Is there some other place the NUMTERMS variable is stored other than the IBERCNFG ??
Thanks
