Recently we integrated with Checkmate for Uber and DoorDash orders and we're having issues that a number of checks close on EOD as cash. Majority of them closes with
"Web check was freed because it was empty" in the reports - but some of them stay open until EOD.
I don't have anything in common with the EOD closed checks that would point me to any possible solution. Random checks, random amount, random time of the order.
The tender is a generic one (no option to close check on applied payment)
I don't have issues with payments (they're all payed and delivered)- the only thing that is a problem is checks being left opened until EOD and it creates a havoc in the reports
