Aloha Table Sevice POS was put in Redundancy Mode by my service agent when the server went down. Turns out all the server needed was a full power down restart and now it appears to be working fine! My service agent says he won't tell us how to take it out of Redundancy Mode until tomorrow and at a cost of about $300. Need help in getting it out of Redundancy Mode tonight so we can recover payroll data. Can anyone help?
