I was wondering if there was silence who could help me.
The setup has both Aloha table service and Aloha takeout / delivery.
Term 1 is a FOH BOH setup and Term 2 is a FOH setup.
Both screens are Windows 7 embedded. Table service version 6.7.41. Aloha Takeout version 12.1.11.94.
Term 1 works perfect with no issues using table service and takeout. The issue is term 2. The term install has been done and Aloha Takeout has been installed onto Term 2, however takeout is running in redundancy. We can refresh and it all synchronises. Delivery works perfectly on Term 1 and has the caller ID lines appearing on screen, whereas Term 2 is constantly in redundancy.
Any ideas as to what we are missing?
