I'm trying to reprint old sales reports from my Aloha system and the sales summary only goes back 2 years.
Actually it's exactly 2 years, every day one dissapears from the list. I have looked everywhere for a setting and have searched this forum but been anable to figure it out.

I have the sales data on the system and I need to reprint some sales reports from more than 2 years ago.

I appreciate any help you could give me and welcome any suggestions.

Thanks
Dave

Some old versions of Aloha only allowed 2 years of data to show up. Go into your Aloha folder and move older dated folders out of the Aloha folder. As many as you remove is as many more you will see. Also keeping that many dates inside of Aloha makes the report program work Hella Slow so taking some old stuff out will make it work much faster.

try to back up all your dated folder. then remove all dated folder from your Aloha directory and paste only the dated folder of sales you wanted to view. This maybe theres a limit of viewing reports up to 2 years only..

Check in,
Maintenance, Store Settings, System, Disk Maint.

I think setting it to '0' keeps everything.

Thank you for all your suggestions.

My Disk Maitenance setting was already 0

It's funny, I could have sworn it used to show more than 2 years. Perhaps one of the updates changed it.

I'm able to temporarily move days into another folder as posknowitall and AlohaUserTeam suggested. The sales summary automatically will show the most current 730 days. If I move enough "days" out of the way I'm able to view the years I want to see and reprint the reports I need.

Sorry it took me a couple days to try it, I wanted to do it after the business was closed and after I made a complete system image just in case.

Thank you very much for your help, Since I don't need to do it very often I can deal with the work-around.

Dave
