Trying to put a survey script together for myself with validation on both the survey entry and redemption end but I have a few issues.
Issue 1, the Survey code?
How is Aloha encoding the survey codes? The manual says a 15 digit survey code should include things like, date of order, hour of order, etc but I can't seem to decipher it... Maybe I'm just overlooking something.
Issue 2, redemption validation
When the survey is done, my script will generate a validation code but how can I make Aloha check for a valid code? In promos there is something like "requires validation code" but I don't see anywhere else to actually specify the validation codes or algorithm, etc. What is that option used for?
