I was wondering if someone could tell me a solution to my problem.
We have been using Aloha for a long time and a before I came here they had Aloha Stored Value set up and working, they also had just started Aloha Rewards. Right after I started, they ran out of gift cards and the retailer they were purchasing them from charged an crazy amount for them. We ordered new cards from ecardsystems who said the cards would work with our system. We did a test run where I typed in the 14 digit number and everything worked fine.
They sent me a batch of quick cards and when we try to use them we get this error "Not authorized for use, card declined" We ordered 1000 cards from this company as we were suppose to kick of our cross platform one card- Gift and Rewards Program.
I am at a total loss here. I don't know if I have to put everyone of these card numbers in somewhere or if I have to set up a new program or what. Does anyone happen to know what steps I need to take to make the cards work.
I talked to the general manager at the store, and she said that sometimes even the original cards they had would do this as well.
Any assistance you can give me would be appreciated.
